The Ellul family's wine and spirits business, going back to 1878, now a bar on St Lucia's Street with tables outside, a few steps from St John's Co-Cathedral. The cocktail list is long, the shelves of wines, spirits and cigars are worth a look on the way in, and there's live piano some evenings.
